Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a specific set of tools and techniques to help you enter a trance-like state.  Hypnosis is a changed state of awareness and increased relaxation that allows for improved focus and concentration. There are two parts to your mind – the part that thinks (your conscious mind) and the part that listens (your subconscious mind).
Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation – like a guided meditation that quiets your conscious mind while connecting to and redirecting the subconscious mind. All your senses are heightened as your body becomes more and more relaxed. You become the observer as I, the hypnotherapist, or “mind coach,” guide your subconscious to your
desired outcomes. The experience is much like taking a light nap or listening to a guided meditation except you hear everything that is being said. When finished, you will open your eyes refreshed and on your way to positive change. Most see results after the first session. You will feel love for yourself during your first session! No one can
make you do anything that you don’t want to do under hypnosis. While “under hypnosis” you simply find that suggestions and directions given to you by “my coaching” makes it easier for you to accomplish the results you want. Before the hypnosis, we agree on the suggestions. Change through hypnosis is a process usually requiring several sessions
and not a one-time event. However, many of my clients experience dramatic results after the first session.  My hypnosis sessions produce accelerated change quickly, easily, and effortlessly with maximum long-term results.

If you are wondering if hypnosis really works,

here is a documented study:

A 2006 Survey of Psychotherapy Literature by

Alfred A. Barrios, PhD. and camp; Clinical
Psychologist (UCLA) Revealed the Following Recovery Rates:

Psychoanalysis: 38% Recovery After 600 Sessions
